    ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ ΘΕΣΕΩΝ KAI ΟΡΟΙ ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΔΙΕΞΑΓΩΓΗ ΤΗΣ ΠΡΑΚΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΣΚΗΣΗΣ
    ΘΕΜΑ – «Οι πολιτικές μετανάστευσης και ασύλου στην ΕΕ και στην Ελλάδα Σήμερα: Silent leges inter arma? (Όταν μιλούν τα όπλα, όλοι οι νόμοι σιωπούν;) Νέες Σοβαρές Απροσδόκητες Προκλήσεις για την Προστασία των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων».
     Όσοι φοιτητές επιθυμούν, μπορούν να δηλώσουν το ενδιαφέρον τους για εθελοντική πρακτική άσκηση (μη αμειβόμενη) στην Έδρα UNESCO «Διαπολιτισμικής Πολιτικής – για μία Δραστήρια και Αλληλέγγυα Ιθαγένεια» του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας, αποστέλλοντας μήνυμα με τον τίτλο «praktiki askisi UNESCO» στις ηλεκτρονικές διευθύνσεις despinaanagnostopoulou@yahoo.com και unescochair-intercultural@uom.edu.gr, με συνημμένο ένα βιογραφικό σημείωμα, στα ελληνικά ή στα αγγλικά, μέχρι την Πέμπτη 7 Απριλίου 2022 στις 14.00μμ.
     Οι θέσεις είναι για 20 τουλάχιστον φοιτητές από το Πανεπιστήμιο Μακεδονίας ή το ΑΠΘ ή από άλλα πανεπιστήμια.
     Την Παρασκευή 8 Απριλίου στις 16.00 θα γίνει η πρώτη συνάντηση σε σύνδεσμο που θα ανακοινωθεί σε όσους στείλουν το βιογραφικό τους με μέιλ
     Οι φοιτητές θα συμπληρώσουν ηλεκτρονικά ένα ερωτηματολόγιο έως 10 ερωτήσεις στην ελληνική γλώσσα σχετικά με το απολυτήριό τους, τη σχολή τους, το στάδιο σπουδών, τη διαθεσιμότητα που έχουν κλπ.
    Οι όροι της πρακτικής άσκησης είναι οι ακόλουθοι:
     Η πρακτική άσκηση είναι μη αμειβόμενη. Η άσκηση διαρκεί από 8 ΑΠΡΙΛΙΟΥ 2022 μέχρι και 7 ΙΟΥΝΙΟΥ 2022 με 10 ημέρες διακοπών για το Πάσχα. Είναι καταρχήν συμβατή με το πρόγραμμα κάθε φοιτητή (π.χ. εξετάσεις σε ξένη γλώσσα, πρόοδο κλπ.).
     Υπάρχει μία δοκιμαστική περίοδος 15 ημερών. Σε περίπτωση αναιτιολόγητης και συνεχούς παραμέλησης των καθηκόντων, θα παύει η πρακτική άσκηση και δεν θα δίνεται πιστοποιητικό άσκησης.
     Η εθελοντική απασχόληση απαιτεί ενασχόληση μικρότερη από 10 ώρες την εβδομάδα.
     Κατ’εξαίρεση, η άσκηση μπορεί να απαιτηθεί η φυσική παρουσία, είτε για τη διοργάνωση συνεδρίου είτε για τη συμμετοχή στο συνέδριο, με την επιφύλαξη τήρησης των εκάστοτε ισχυουσών συναφών νομοθετικών διατάξεων για την αντιμετώπιση της πανδημίας COVID-19 και θα περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων συμμετοχή σε εβδομαδιαίες συναντήσεις κάθε Παρασκευή, ώρα 16.00-18.00.
    Το πρόγραμμα άσκησης περιλαμβάνει:
    α) Κλειστό σεμινάριο για τους ασκούμενους μία φορά την εβδομάδα με τη βοήθεια των συνεργατών της Έδρας UNESCO. Το σεμινάριο έχει τίτλο «Οι πολιτικές μετανάστευσης και ασύλου στην ΕΕ και στην Ελλάδα Σήμερα: Silent leges inter arma? Όταν μιλούν τα όπλα, όλοι οι νόμοι σιωπούν; Νέες Σοβαρές Απροσδόκητες Προκλήσεις για την Προστασία των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων».
    β) Έρευνα των ασκούμενων σε θεματικές σχετικά με τις πολιτικές μετανάστευσης και ασύλου της ΕΕ και της Ελλάδας και την Προστασία των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων στους τομείς αυτούς και
    γ) Διεξαγωγή ανοικτού συνεδρίου της Έδρας UNESCO στα ελληνικά, όπου θα παρουσιαστεί στο κοινό η έρευνά τους, μαζί με άλλους εισηγητές.
    δ) Διοικητική υποστήριξη για την οργάνωση διεθνούς συνεδρίου της Έδρας UNESCO
    Η πρακτική άσκηση περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα:
    α) τη μετάφραση κειμένων από την ελληνική στην αγγλική και αντίστροφα, ή τη διόρθωση μετάφρασης,
    β) την έρευνα σε βάσεις δεδομένων ή στις ιστοσελίδες της UNESCO και άλλων διεθνών οργανισμών, αποδελτίωση και ανεύρεση βιβλιογραφίας για τη θεματική και
    γ) τη διαδικασία proof reading των ομιλιών και εκθέσεων που θα δημοσιεύσει η Έδρα UNESCO στα ελληνικά και στα αγγλικά, δηλαδή πρώτη ανάγνωση και προτεινόμενες διορθώσεις στο δοκίμιο των εκφραστικών, ορθογραφικών και τυπογραφικών λαθών.
    Για τη διαδικασία μετάφρασης ή proof reading θα χρειαστεί να περάσουν οι φοιτητές που επιθυμούν εικοσάλεπτο τεστ στην ελληνική γλώσσα και στην αγγλική γλώσσα ανάλογα για να τους γίνει ανάλογη ανάθεση.
    Όσον αφορά την έρευνα, οι ασκούμενοι μπορούν να μελετήσουν Συμβάσεις, Οδηγίες, Κανονισμούς, Κατευθυντήριες Γραμμές, Οδηγούς για το θέμα «To Φαινόμενο της Μετανάστευσης και του Προσφυγικού Ζητήματος», εργαλειοθήκες, εκθέσεις. Παρακάτω, παρατίθενται οι ενδεικτικές θεματικές από τις οποίες μπορούν να επιλέξουν οι ασκούμενοι.
    1. Πλαίσιο Διεθνούς Προστασίας των Προσφύγων (Σύμβαση της Γενεύης του 1951: επαναβεβαιωθείσα διαχρονικότητα έναντι επιχειρημάτων περί πλέον παρωχημένου νομικού κειμένου)
    • Πρόσφυγας, διαδικασίες απονομής της ιδιότητας του πρόσφυγα
    • Συναφείς υποχρεώσεις και δικαιώματα του αναγνωρισμένου πρόσφυγα
    • Αίτηση Ασύλου
    2. Σύστημα διακυβέρνησης της ΕΕ για τη μετανάστευση, Ευρωπαϊκές Πολιτικές Ασύλου, ζητήματα αποτελεσματικότητας-πρακτικής εφαρμογής του πλαισίου και πόσο καλά προετοιμασμένη-ενωμένη είναι η ΕΕ για τη διαφαινόμενη νέα οξύτερη προσφυγική κρίση
    • Κοινό Ευρωπαϊκό Σύστημα Ασύλου και η προστασία θεμελιωδών δικαιωμάτων
    • Εξωτερική Διάσταση και συνεργασία με τρίτες χώρες- Χρηματοδότηση (NDICI, Κανονισμός 2021/947)και άλλα εργαλεία ηπίου δικαίου (soft law)
    • Το νέο Σύμφωνο για την Μετανάστευση και η μεταβλητή γεωμετρία του
    • Οργανισμός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για το Άσυλο
    • Έκτακτα μέτρα υποστήριξης κρατών μελών σε επείγουσα κατάσταση και η αρχή της Αλληλεγγύης και της δίκαιης κατανομής ευθυνών: η Ρουμανία, η Σλοβακία, η Ουγγαρία, η Λιθουανία, η Λεττονία και η Εσθονία προετοιμάζουν σχέδια υποδοχής των Ουκρανών πολιτών και παροχής προσωρινής προστασίας
    • Σχέδιο στρατηγικής για την ετοιμότητα αντιμετώπισης και τη διαχείριση μεταναστευτικών κρίσεων (Migration Preparedness and Crisis Blueprint) & χρηματοδότηση έκτακτης ανάγκης, π.χ. η Πολωνία δημιουργεί εννέα κέντρα υποδοχής κοντά στα σύνορα με την Ουκρανία μήκους 535 χιλιομέτρων.
    • Κώδικας Συνόρων Σένγκεν, Ad hoc συμφωνίες και πιθανή αναθεώρηση
    • Εργαλειοποίηση Προσφύγων και Μεταναστών, Εθνική Κυριαρχία και Διεθνείς εντάσεις-απειλές
    • Η ασφαλειοποίηση της μετανάστευσης: Η θεώρηση του μεταναστευτικού πληθυσμού ως απειλή για την ασφάλεια, την εθνική ταυτότητα, τον ευρωπαϊκό τρόπο ζωής και την ευημερία των ευρωπαϊκών κρατών και κοινωνιών γενικότερα
    • Ευρωπαϊκές Αξίες και Προσφυγικό: εγγύηση προστασίας της ελευθερίας και των αδυνάτων από την αυθαιρεσία
    • Ενεργοποίηση για πρώτη φορά της Οδηγίας 2001/55/ΕΚ περί προσωρινής προστασίας
    3. Νέα δεδομένα στην εποχή σοβαρής δοκιμασίας του διεθνούς συστήματος συνολικά και κατάφωρης παραβίασης του διεθνούς δικαίου (απειλή κατά της παγκόσμιας ειρήνης, κατάλυση εθνικής κυριαρχίας), ενώ επίσης παρά την επισφάλεια πρόβλεψης, εάν η κατάσταση στην Ουκρανία κλιμακωθεί περαιτέρω είναι πιθανό να υπάρξουν πολύ περισσότερα άτομα που θα πρέπει να εγκαταλείψουν τη χώρα προς γειτονικές χώρες (σε σχέση με το 1 εκατομμύριο του 2015), έως και τέσσερα εκατομμύρια [Shabia Mantoo, εκπρόσωπος της Ύπατης Αρμοστείας των Ηνωμένων Εθνών για τους Πρόσφυγες (UNHCR)]
    Στο τέλος της πρακτικής άσκησης, που θα διεξαχθεί επιτυχώς, θα δοθεί το ανάλογο πιστοποιητικό άσκησης στην αγγλική γλώσσα. Οι ασκούμενοι θα βελτιώσουν την αγγλική ορολογία και θα αποκτήσουν γνώσεις στις δράσεις της UNESCO και εμπειρία στην ερευνητική εργασία και στην δημοσίευση/ανακοίνωση της.     The UNESCO Chair of Intercultural Policy for an Active Citizenship and Solidarity st at the University of Macedonia, organizes a three-day open online educational seminar of 21 hours entitled: “UNESCO actions for Inclusive and Equitable Education under the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”.

    The seminar is organized as part of the Chair’s participation in the UNESCO public consultation on the future of education on the initiative “Futures of Education: Learning to Become” as well as on the UNESCO Chairs’ collaborative initiative “UNESCO Chairs for Sustainable Futures”. 

    The seminar’s aim is to inform and raise awareness among the education actors involved, stakeholders, and education policy makers on the issues related to the Right to Inclusive and Equitable Education, particularly at a time of key and critical nature due to the impact of COVID-19.

    The seminar is designed for teachers at all levels, education actors, students, academics and researchers, local authorities (regions and municipalities) and more broadly for an active civil society collectively.

    Ms Ekaterini Tzitzikosta, President of the National Commission for UNESCO in Greece, Professor Evgenia Alexandropoulou – Egyptiadou, Vice Rector of the University of Macedonia, and Associate Professor Despoina Anagnostopoulou,  Director of the UNESCO Chair of “Intercultural Policy for an Active Citizenship and Solidarity” of the University of Macedonia, will open the proceedings by giving a warm seminar welcome. 

    Distinguished lectures and contributions will be presented in the seminar from well-established academics, bodies and representatives of international and European institutions as well as in the field of education, researchers and scientific associates of the Chair.

  • International E-Conference “The Role of Intercultural Dialogue in Managing Diversity in Europe”

    The Jean Monnet Project “Enhancing the Debate about Intercultural Dialogue, EU Values and Diversity” of the Department of International and European Studies of the University of Macedonia, Greece organizes the International E-Conference about “The Role of Intercultural Dialogue in Managing Diversity in Europe” to be held on the 18th and 19th of November from 16:00 to 20:30 Athens Time.
